Refund policy

We’re here to ensure your satisfaction. If something goes wrong, rest assured—we’ll make it right

We offer a hassle-free 10-day return policy. This means you have 10 calendar days (including weekends and holidays) from the date of delivery to request a return. 

If we made an error—such as incorrect customization or sending the wrong product—we will replace it for free, including all shipping costs.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

For non-customized products, we offer a convenient reverse pickup service. A nominal fee of ₹80 may apply for certain pin codes, depending on logistics. Alternatively, you can ship the item back to us using a courier of your choice. To initiate a return, please email us at support@streetsoul.in . Our team typically responds within 24–48 hours to guide you through the process.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately within 48 hours. Share photos of the issue, and our team will evaluate and resolve it promptly. If we fail to resolve your issue within 7 business days, we will escalate it to senior support for expedited resolution.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following items are non-returnable: custom products (e.g., personalized or special-order items). However, if we made an error in your customization or sent the wrong product, we will replace it for free.

 

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its status. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer. To facilitate this, please provide your bank account details, including your account number and IFSC code, when initiating the return.
