Questions About Customizing

How will my order be customized, I don’t see any option till the end?

Your order will be customized by the STREETSOUL Team. Once order is placed, 
you will be contacted on WhatsApp, and asked for required details in order to 
process your custom product.

What kind of fonts can we use?

We have a list of fonts available with us which is shared on WhatsApp. You may also get your product customized with font of your choice, provided the font is freely available to use.

Will I be able to see how the product looks, before it is laser engraved?

 All laser engraved products have a drawing done and a preview is shared with you for your 
approval (yes, edits are possible at this stage). Once approved by you, we then send it for engraving.

Is preview available for hand stamped / metal stamped products like on Copper / Brass / Aluminium?

Previews are not done for hand stamped tags, if you have any specifics in mind, we request you to do a diagram, we will try our best to replicate it.
 
☛ please remember: The letters on this product are hand stamped, each piece is unique. We do our best to keep everything centered and straight as possible. Hand stamping is a process, where each letter is individually stamped into the metal using heavy hammers, each piece is slightly different from another, but one of a kind !
The uneveness in the manual stamping is the beauty of it. Perfectly imperfect is the word.
Previews are not done for hand stamped tags, if you have any specifics in mind, we request you to do a diagram, we will try our best to replicate it.
P.S. Hammering allows only one side of the copper / brass / aluminium  product to be stamped. Thanks.

 

Ordering and Delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just visit https://streetsoul.in/account/register and follow the instructions on-screen.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at horabonny@gmail.com or even better Whatsapp us at 9930120424 just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

Why has my order been canceled?

We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via horabonny@gmail.com or even faster Whatsapp 9930120424, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

Can I alter my order?

Please Whats app us at 9930120424 quickly as once we’ve started processing it, we may not be able to alter it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

When will my order arrive?

  It depends on how far is the delivery address from Mumbai.

We ship from Mumbai. It may take 2-5 days for your product to be delivered. tracking link is shared on WhatsApp.  
North East deliveries can take 5-8 days before they are delivered.

Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

 

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your Whatsapp / delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

In how many days do you ship my custom product?

We normally ship in 2/3 days after your confirmed order / approval. We also share images of product 
as well as tracking details while shipping.

Returns

Can I return the product back to you for a refund?

We generally share images before shipping, so if any discrepancy is found, can be rectified at source itself before shipping.
If there is a mistake in information as compared to the approval, we shall make a new piece and ship it to you with no cost to you at all.

If all is good, then we are afraid, custom-made products are nonreturnable. 
In any case always message us on WhatsApp 9930120424 for any doubts, we will coordinate with you to make sure any issues are cleared to your satisfaction.

For non cutomized products You can absolutely return your item to us, within 10 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges.
