Initially, I placed an order for a Kada in a small size. I had shared an image of my hand with the team, and based on that, they suggested that I go with the small size instead of medium. So, I followed their suggestion and placed the order.

However, when I received it and tried wearing it, it was quite tight. I reached out to the team again and asked if an exchange was possible. They were incredibly sweet and accommodating. They arranged a replacement in the medium size without any hassle.

Although the replacement took a day or two longer than expected, what really stood out to me was that they kept their word and made sure I received the right product. That kind of customer service is rare and genuinely deserves appreciation.

The quality of the Kada is also really good. It feels well-made, looks great, and I’m genuinely happy with the purchase.
