How do I place a customised order?
Add the product to your cart and enter your customisation details in the text field on the product page. That's it — we take it from there.

How do I find my ring size before ordering?
Wrap a strip of paper or string snugly around the base of your finger, mark where it overlaps, then measure that length against a ruler in millimetres — that's your circumference. You can also measure the inside diameter of a ring that already fits you well. If you're at all unsure, message us on WhatsApp with either measurement and we'll help you pick the right size before you order.

When will my order ship?
We typically ship within 2–3 days. For laser engraved orders where design confirmation is needed, we'll share a draft on WhatsApp before we proceed. Tracking details are shared once dispatched.

Can I cancel my order?
If you reach out quickly after ordering — on WhatsApp at 99301 20424 or email at hello@streetsoul.in — we can usually cancel before we start work. Once we've begun the piece, cancellation isn't possible.

Can I return a customised product?
Custom-made pieces are non-returnable since they're made specifically for you. That said, if there's a mistake on our end compared to what was ordered, we'll remake it and ship it at no charge.

What about non-customised products?
You can return them within 10 days of receiving, as long as they're unused and in original packaging. We offer reverse pickup for most pin codes (a nominal ₹80 fee may apply for some). Email us at support@streetsoul.in to start the process.

Will the copper change colour over time?
Yes — copper naturally oxidises and develops a darker patina over time. Some people love this look. If you'd like to restore the original shine, a simple lemon and salt scrub works well. We've written a full care guide in our Journal.

The letters on my hand-stamped piece look slightly uneven — is this normal?
Yes, completely. Each letter is struck individually by hand. Minor variations in depth and spacing are part of what makes it hand-stamped rather than machine-made. It's not a defect — it's the point.
