Returns & Remake Policy

Custom, hand-stamped, and laser-engraved pieces are made specifically for you and can't be returned — but if we get something wrong compared to what you ordered, we'll remake it and ship it again at no charge.

Ready-to-ship (non-personalised) items can be returned within 10 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging.

Main image is 25 + 30 mm tags, so a layer is visible. for small and large size both tags will be same size 25mm or 30 mm, so layer will not be visible.

All contact info is added to the second disc behind. I can only stamp one side of each disc.

Please let me know if you need the wording amended (e.g. kitty to cat)

On the back tag I will hand stamp your details (phone number/numbers, house number, postcode)

Each of our tags is hand-stamped with love, making every piece truly one of a kind! Because this process is done by hand (not a machine), the letters may not be perfectly aligned, and there might be slight variations in depth—this isn’t a flaw but the beauty of handmade craftsmanship!

We stamp on only one side to ensure the metal retains its strength and smooth finish on the back. This also helps prevent any unwanted impressions from showing through.
