Returns & Remake Policy

Custom, hand-stamped, and laser-engraved pieces are made specifically for you and can't be returned — but if we get something wrong compared to what you ordered, we'll remake it and ship it again at no charge.

Ready-to-ship (non-personalised) items can be returned within 10 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging.
